About Abundant Life Coaching
We offer Life and Relationship Coaching. Life coaching is a practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal goals. Life coaches use multiple methods that will help clients with the process of setting and reaching goals. Coaching is not targeted at psychological illness.
Life coaching has its roots in executive coaching, which itself drew on techniques developed in management consulting and leadership training. Life coaching also draws inspiration from disciplines including sociology, psychology, positive adult development, career counseling, mentoring and mental health counseling.
As your life coach I may apply mentoring, values assessment, behavior modification, behavior modeling, goal-setting and other techniques in helping you get the best out of life.
Relationship coaching is a professional client-focused service where an individual or couple is assumed to be healthy, powerful, and able to achieve relationship goals with effective support, information, and guidance.
Darwin P. Crosland is a professional trained and experienced life and relationship coach. He has over 23 years experience in providing guidance, supervision, and encouragement to otherwise healthy, highly functional people and couples who have experienced some challenges to which they need some assistance in regaining thier focus.

| Relationship Coaching Married people use relationship coaching for a variety of reasons. As a relationship coach, I am a skilled mental health professional, you can be assured that the coaching you receive will be more comprehensive than what you could get with just marriage counseling. You can use marriage relationship coaching to:
•Resolve a current conflict
•Learn skills that will improve intimacy and communication
•Put the fun back into your marriage
•Learn how to deal with an uncooperative spouse
•Learn how to improve your marriage even if your spouse is not yet ready to work on it.
